We want you to be completely satisfied with your moll purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, or the service you received, you are welcome to return your products within 120 days for a full merchandise refund.  A full refund will only be made when products are returned in “as new” condition.  Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment was received.

Special Order Items

Special Order Items are custom-made products that must be pre-paid and typically have longer lead times than other products. Because Special Order Items are customized to your specifications, they cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged in transit.

Damaged Items

If your merchandise is delivered via Truck Service, please make sure you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If any of the boxes are damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
